Our space was established in 1920 as Highlands Motor Company-a car dealership! In 2020 the building was renovated and is now home to The Venue at the Block: a vintage industrial wedding
venue.
With our exposed brick and warehouse windows we offer a classic and timeless backdrop for our couples. We strive to create a space for all weddings styles to come to life.

Our outdoor space features a private courtyard with lush tropical landscaping and boasting artificial turf
so the grass stays green all year round! A gorgeous outdoor bar is located next to the courtyard that
includes plenty of storage and counter space to serve your guests for cocktail hour.

Our Brides receive access to the Bridal
Suite at 9:00am so that they can sit back
and relax with their bridal party in peace
before the day gets busy!
We want all of our couples to feel right at
home when they walk in on the morning of
their big day. We include private restrooms
and fridges for each suite to enjoy.
The Grooms Suite
Our Groom’s Suite is equipped with a
private restroom, fridge, AND television!
The ideal man cave for you and your groomsmen.
The Venue at the Block is located right next
to Dade City Brew House! The atmosphere
there is perfect for a pre-wedding hang out
or even a photo spot for the guys!
